First, maneuver the key to the exit to unlock the chains on the puzzle board. Next, strategically slide the colored discs to the exit to collect the spools needed for the pattern. Place the collected spools in the available slots in the middle row. Finally, tap and drag from a spool to the corresponding colored section on the knitting pattern to fill it in. Repeat this process of solving the puzzle, collecting spools, and applying them until the entire pattern is complete.

A key strategy is to work in batches. Due to the limited number of slots for spools, it's efficient to collect the colors needed for one or two sections of the pattern, use them up, and then clear the slots to make room for the next set of colors. Prioritize unlocking the chained discs at the beginning to gain access to more colors. Plan your moves in the sliding puzzle carefully to efficiently extract the specific colors you need. Some discs have numbers indicating the quantity of spools available, while others are mystery discs that reveal their color only when collected.
